Profile

Min Sung Kim received her B.A in Law from Korea University. She received her M.A and Ph.D in Media and Communication from Korea University. She also obtained her LL.M degree from Maurer School of Law at Indiana University. She previously served as a research professor of School of Media and Communication at Korea University, and as a consultant of the World Bank. 

Main research area

Her research interests include evolving media industry ecosystem, related laws and policies that provide standards for business and protect users, and changes in users' media consumption. In particular, her research focus is on the value of data and the risk of invasion of personal information or privacy.
